The 7 ½ inch tire is for wheels that are approximately 7 3/8 inch in diametermeasured edge of rim to edge of rim. The width is 3/4". Installing the tire is easier if you get the tire hot, either by hot tap water, a microwave, or an oven. Once heated up, they will stretch over the wheel fairly easily. received a set of 4 pedal car tires. Size was correct per instructions on how to measure for your car. They look great. Followed installation instructions, and they went on fairly easily. They fit perfect. A really nice product.

Tires make the car look new
I did not heat the tires, I used soap and water to lubricate the tires and then slid them on in seconds. I made a Video showing that on u-tube under "Peddle Car Tire Installation in seconds" by Jackie Winters.
